What is a Skill Score?

A Skill Score is a personal tracking and development score that determines an individual’s proficiency for skills that are mapped to a Job Profile. Users can be ranked or compared against each other with similar units of measure. Think of it as a credit score for career development!

Each job profile has a total achievable score of 1,000. Each time a potential employee complete a course and receives a passing grade on the assessment that skill within a job profile will make their Skill Score improve.
